First box in Aragon affiliated with the Spanish Federation of Functional Fitness. It was born with the idea of providing a new concept as a functional fitness center.

Club belonging to the Aragonese Weightlifting Federation.
Weightlifting is an Olympic sport; This discipline requires a great training of the muscles of the body to acquire the necessary strength for the lifts, in addition to developing dexterity and mental attitude.
